International road transports of loads of excessive size or weight

First of all it is good to become aware of the fact that the so-called load of excessive size or weight is "every consignment the dimensions or weight of which exceed the limits given by the regulation Nr. 341/2002 Col. of Laws of the Ministry of Transport". This means that if the dimensions of a consignment are bigger than the ones stated in the following tables, it concerns vehicles that are considered able for transport of loads of excessive size or weight on the basis of permission.

The permission of transport of loads of excessive size or weight and of using vehicles the dimensions or weight of which exceed the limits given by the regulation Nr. 341/2002 Col. of Laws of the Ministry of Transport on the approval of technical qualification and technical conditions of traffic of vehicles on roads as amended (hereinafter referred to as "permission of transport of loads of excessive size or weight") is in the Czech Republic given on the basis of § 25 Law Nr. 13/1997 Col. of Laws on roads as amended by particular road administrative bodies.
